doctor who writers don’t say ‘i love you’ instead the say ‘wibbly wobbly timey wimey’ which means ‘look i know this doesn’t make a lot of sense but it’s emotional and the right direction for the story’ and i think that’s beautiful.

Well, supposedly they are expecting to turn a profit this year.
But that’s the first time they’ve expected to.
Tumblr’s been around for about six years.

I mean yahoo had/has a huge amount of social stuff. Messenger, games, movies info/times/etc.
They could work out some way to integrate this into tumblr.

I’m loving seeing on one hand people dislike Into darkness because it departs too much from the original trek.
…and on the other people hating it because it feels too much like a rehash of other material, it’s not doing anything too new.
I think that means they are striving for a balance- and one that I don’t think they could ever achieve.

The few problems I had with Star Trek: into darkness are issues I’ve had with The Star Trek universe forever.
On the whole, I liked the movie. Not the best written thing ever, but given the state of the franchise, and this alternate reboot history thing I think what they did was great.
Now if only they would do the Borg...
